We're proud to welcome Dr. Zac Farson, DPT, CSCS — Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist — to the Elite Sports Center family. Dr. Farson is bringing a full Sports Performance & Rehab Clinic right inside our facility.
Having trained and worked alongside some of the sharpest minds and most elite athletes in professional sports, Dr. Farson brings a world-class standard of care to Rockford. From injury recovery and return-to-play protocols to strength, speed, and peak performance development — athletes of every age and level now have access to pro-level rehab and training under one roof.

Join us on Saturday, August 29th from 10:00–11:30 AM at Elite Sports Center for a special Youth Flag Football Camp! As members of the National Honor Society and athletes for NISOW ELITE, Jenna-Marie and Jordyn-Grace are passionate about giving back to the community while sharing the sport they love. This camp is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of flag football in a fun, encouraging, and positive environment.
